ABOUT US
The ENVIRONMENT SOLUTIONS DIVISION (ESD) was created by Millbrae Solutions Corporation (MSC) in 2019 to help address the growing requirement of the business and government sector on solid waste management.
The business of ESD is within the existing legal frameworks defined by the following Philippine laws, namely:
•RA 8749: The Clean Air Act of 1999
•RA 9003: The Solid Waste Management Act of 2000
•RA 9513: The Renewable Energy Act of 2008
•RA 10068: The Organic Agriculture Act of 2010
Mr. Jupi M. Arevalo is the head and lead technical innovator of the division. He was the former owner of EMRTI - one of the earliest solid waste management company in the country. Together with Mr. Dos Pacio – also a former part-owner of a solid waste management and marketing company and a waste management advocate, they have a combined professional experience of almost three (3) decades in the solid waste management industry.
